Not Reading Games

Your Xbox One has stopped reading games and requires the drive to be serviced and the lens to be replaced.

We will strip the console and drive, replace the lens and carry out a service/clean of the drive.

We will also test the drive for any mechanical issues before completing the repair.

Loud Fan

Your Xbox One has a louder than normal fan, either when first powering on, or very soon after starting to play a game or multimedia disc.

We will strip the console and service or replace the fan and stress test the console to ensure normal operation before shipping back to you.

Not Booting / Startup Issues

Your system powers on as normal but does not boot completely to the dashboard. This can be caused by incorrect shutdown or a failed system update.

We cannot guarantee that your data will be saved while attempting this repair, however we do our best to ensure this only happens in the most extreme of cases.

Power Failure

Console shows no sign of life, won't turn on doesn't make the usual noise when trying to power on and no lights turn on.

We will strip the console, diagnose the issue and replace the problematic part or component.

We will required your original Xbox One power brick for this repair to be tested.
