Your Playstation 4 has stopped reading games and requires the drive to be serviced and the lens to be replaced.

We will strip the console and drive, replace the lens and carry out a service/clean of the Blu Ray drive.

We will also test the drive for any mechanical issues before completing the repair.

Our average repair time is 2-3 working days, repairs can sometimes take longer if any additional parts are required that we do not currently have in stock, or if diagnosis of a fault is required before any further work is carried out. This does not include transit time to and from our repair centre.

How much will my repair cost?

Where possible we will give you a quote before you submit your repair, otherwise once we recieve your repair we will diagnose the fault and contact you with a total price before carrying out any further work.

How can I track the progress of my repair?

You can track the progress of your repair by clicking the 'Repair Status' link at the top of the page and entering your repair ID. This page is updated in real time by the technician working on your repair. In addition, if you selected 'Courier' as your shipping method, you will have additional tracking info to let you know when your repair arrives with us and again when it is returned to you.
