Operating System Install

Your system boots up with visuals but either blue screens or otherwise fails to load the OS

System hardware is checked to make sure it was not the cause of the issue, if hardware tests pass then the version of Windows that your PC has a valid COA for will be reinstalled. No further software work is carred out on the system.

Password Removal

Local user account password is removed and left blank, cusotmer can select a new password from the control panel when they get the machine back. No other software work is carried out on the system.

Virus / Malware Removal

Your system is infected with unwatend or malicous software such as browser toolbars, hijacked search results and popups or adverts in most webpages.

We will clean your system of malware/junkware and make sure all the latest updates are applied. Additioanl software will be installed to help prevent your system becoming infected in the future.

Data Recovery (Software Corruption)

You have deleted important files or folders by mistake or your system no longer boots and you just want the data back. You should stop using your system immediatley to prevent further data loss arrange to have the item shipped to us for recovery.
