If you live locally, you can bring your console down to our Dundee repair centre located at Old Mill Complex, Brown Street, Dundee, DD1 5EG.

Our repair centre is open 8:30pm - 6:30pm weekdays and reduced hours at the weekend.

 

  

If it is more convenient, you can fill in a form to book in your console then arrange for delivery of the console to us.

Following repair, the console will be returned back to you for free. Please ensure the item is adequately packaged and secure.

Fill in this form to book in your console for repair and our technicians will send you a pre-paid DPD / Interlink Express label. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at your local DPD Pickup Store.

Following repair, the console will be returned back to you for free. Please ensure the item is adequately packaged and secure.

The courier will supply a fully padded delivery case for you to place your console in to ensure maximum protection and convenience. Following repair, the console will be returned back to you for free.
