Operating System Install

Your System boots up with visuals but displays a folder with a ? in the middle of the screen. System boots up with visuals but displays apple logo and goes no further.

System hardware checked to make sure it was not the cause of the issue, if hardware tests pass then the latest supported version of OS X for the current hardware is reinstalled. No further software work is carred out on the system.

Password Removal

Local uer account password is removed and left blank, please note we cannot remove iCloud password locks or recover old keychain data from an account that we have removed the password from.

Virus / Malware Removal

Your system is infected with unwatend or malicous software such as browser toolbars, hijacked search results and popups or adverts in most webpages.

We will clean your system of malware/junkware and make sure all the latest updates are applied. Additioanl software will be installed to help prevent your system becoming infected in the future.

Data Recovery (Software Corruption)

You have deleted important files or folders by mistake or your system no longer boots and you just want the data back. You should stop using your system immediatley to prevent further data loss arrange to have the item shipped to us for recovery.
